What arrives when you browse
Our server logs the usual technical information: IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. We use it to keep the site running and to see which pages people actually read. Logs are kept for 90 days.
What arrives when you order
Your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, plus what you ordered. We need these to ship a parcel to you and to answer questions about it later.
Card details
We never see your full card number. Payment is handled on an encrypted checkout by our payment processor, which passes back only an authorisation result and the last four digits so we can identify the transaction on your order record.
Order and shipping emails are transactional and go to every customer. Eighteen days after delivery we send one review request. Marketing email only goes to people who opted in, and every marketing message has a one-click unsubscribe that works immediately.
Who else touches your data
Only companies that need to for the order to happen: the payment processor, the fulfilment warehouse, the shipping carrier and our email provider. Each handles the minimum required. We do not sell customer data, we do not rent it, and we do not trade it with other supplement brands.
Cookies
This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function and simple aggregate analytics to count page views. No advertising pixels are dropped on these pages, and nothing here builds an advertising profile of you.
How long we keep records
Order records are kept for seven years, because tax and consumer protection rules require it. Support email threads are kept for two years. Marketing consent records last until you withdraw consent, plus one year.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted where we are not legally required to keep it. We reply within 30 days. If you are in a state with specific privacy rights, such as California, those rights apply and you will not be treated differently for exercising them.
Children
VapoFil is for adults. This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the revision date at the top changes with it and the current version always sits at this address.
