The 30-second version
VapoFil carries seven listed actives in a two-capsule serving: five at 20 mg each (saw palmetto, wild yam, sarsaparilla, nettle leaf and boron chelate), tongkat ali at 10 mg of a 100:1 extract, and horny goat weed at 8 mg of a 10:1 extract. Nothing is hidden in a proprietary blend. The concentrated extracts do the heavy lifting: 10 mg of 100:1 tongkat ali stands in for about 1,000 mg of dry root.

What each one is here for
Saw Palmetto Berry Extract
The berry extract most men recognise from prostate formulas. VapoFil includes it at a supporting level alongside nettle.
Wild Yam Root Extract
A traditional tonic root that supplies diosgenin, a plant sterol used in classic men's herbal blends.
Sarsaparilla Root Extract
A vitality root used for generations in tonics, carrying sarsapogenin and related plant sterols.
Nettle Leaf Extract
Nettle is the usual partner to saw palmetto in men's formulas. VapoFil uses the leaf, not the root.
Boron Amino Acid Chelate 5%
A chelated mineral that delivers roughly 1 mg of elemental boron, close to a normal daily dietary intake.
Tongkat Ali (Eurycoma longifolia)
A 100:1 extract, equivalent to about 1,000 mg of dry tongkat ali root. This is the headline botanical in VapoFil.
Horny Goat Weed (Epimedium sagittatum)
A 10:1 extract, equivalent to about 80 mg of dry herb, and the source of the icariin the plant is known for.
Mechanism
The two things this formula is built around
Drive and vitality support
VapoFil leads with tongkat ali because it is the botanical most consistently associated with male vitality in the research literature, with work covering hormonal balance, stress markers and physical performance[3]. The extract used here is a 100:1 concentrate, so the 10 mg on the label represents roughly 1,000 mg of dry root. Horny goat weed sits alongside it as a 10:1 extract at 8 mg, contributing icariin, the flavonoid the plant is known for[6]. Neither is a stimulant. Both are slow-building botanicals, and that is why VapoFil is sold in 30-day bottles rather than as a single-use product.
The men's tonic base
The second half of the label is the traditional men's base: saw palmetto and nettle, the pairing that appears in most prostate and urinary formulas on the market, plus sarsaparilla and wild yam, two sterol-bearing roots with long histories in men's tonics. The saw palmetto evidence is genuinely mixed. The NCCIH summary of the clinical work notes that studies have not consistently shown it to outperform placebo for urinary symptoms, while also noting few side effects[2]. We would rather write that plainly than pretend otherwise. Nettle leaf is worth one honest note too: most of the men's research uses nettle root, and VapoFil uses the leaf[7].
The mineral
Boron is the only non-botanical in the formula. At 20 mg of a 5 percent amino acid chelate, a serving delivers about 1 mg of elemental boron. That is close to a typical daily intake from food and far below the tolerable upper intake level of 20 mg per day for adults set out by the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements[1]. Boron gets attention in men's formulas for its interaction with hormone-binding proteins, though the human evidence base is small.
Straight talk
What a fair look at these doses shows
Add the seven actives together and a serving of VapoFil carries 118 mg of ingredients. That number looks small next to the gram-sized scoops sold in tubs, and we are not going to dress it up. Two things put it in context.
First, extract ratios matter more than raw weight. A 100:1 tongkat ali extract at 10 mg is not the same as 10 mg of powdered root. It represents about a gram of the plant, concentrated. The same applies to the 10:1 horny goat weed. Second, the five supporting ingredients are at supporting levels by design, not by accident. They are there to round the blend, and the label says so honestly rather than dressing 20 mg up as a clinical dose.
What that means for you: VapoFil is a steady daily botanical formula for men who want support over months. If you are looking for a single mega-dose of one isolated compound, this is not that product, and we would rather you knew before you paid.
Glossary
Label terms worth knowing
- Extract ratio (100:1)
- The weight of raw plant used to make one part of finished extract. A 100:1 tongkat ali extract means 100 kg of root produced 1 kg of extract, so a small milligram figure represents a much larger amount of plant.
- Standardisation
- Adjusting an extract so a named compound sits at a fixed percentage. The boron chelate here is standardised to 5 percent elemental boron.
- Icariin
- The flavonoid compound most associated with epimedium, better known as horny goat weed.
- Diosgenin
- A plant sterol found in wild yam. It is used industrially as a starting material for hormone synthesis, but the human body does not convert it into hormones on its own, and we will not claim otherwise.
- Daily Value not established
- The dagger on the panel. It means regulators have not set a reference intake for that ingredient, which is the norm for botanicals rather than a warning sign.
- Amino acid chelate
- A mineral bound to amino acids to help it survive digestion. It is the form of boron used in VapoFil.

What are the ingredients in VapoFil?
Each two-capsule serving of VapoFil contains saw palmetto berry extract 20 mg, wild yam root extract 20 mg, sarsaparilla root extract 20 mg, nettle leaf extract 20 mg, boron amino acid chelate 5% at 20 mg, tongkat ali 100:1 extract 10 mg and horny goat weed 10:1 extract 8 mg. The capsule itself is made of gelatin, with microcrystalline cellulose and magnesium stearate as the only other ingredients.
Is VapoFil safe?
For most healthy adult men, the doses on this label are modest and the ingredients have long histories of use. That is not the same as a guarantee. Speak to your doctor before starting VapoFil if you take prescription medication, particularly blood thinners or prostate medication, if you have a diagnosed condition, or if you are due for surgery. It is not for women, and not for anyone under 18.
Does VapoFil have side effects?
Most men report none. In our own review set, the only recurring complaint is mild stomach unease when the capsules are taken with nothing in the stomach, which usually resolves by taking them with breakfast. Stop taking it and speak to a doctor if anything unusual happens.
Is VapoFil FDA approved?
No dietary supplement is FDA approved, VapoFil included, because the FDA does not approve supplements before sale. What is accurate: VapoFil is manufactured in the United States in an FDA-registered facility operating under GMP conditions. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and this product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
